BALLROOM LEGACY FUND

The Ballroom Legacy Fund is designed to support ballroom Houses and collectives invested in artistic development, collective growth, and creative expansion. We are looking for Houses with a clear vision, strong sense of intention, and an active relationship to the ballroom community.

Guidelines for Applying and general information:

Selected Houses will receive $2,500 quarterly throughout the funding cycle. Continued funding is contingent upon the completion of required quarterly reporting demonstrating how funds are being utilized and how the House continues to grow and invest in its collective vision.

Each chapter of a House may apply independently and will be reviewed separately. If selected, funding is allocated specifically to the applying chapter and its proposed goals or initiatives.

Key Things Applicants Should Know

  • Applications open at the beginning of each calendar season and remain open for approximately two weeks.

  • Funding may support creative, educational, organizational, or community-centered initiatives that strengthen the collective.

  • Proposals should clearly demonstrate impact, feasibility, and cultural relevance.

  • Applications are reviewed holistically by the HausIM leadership team, including the founders.

  • Not every strong proposal will be funded, and priority will be given to Houses demonstrating intentionality, readiness, and meaningful vision.

  • In some cases, applicants may be contacted for additional conversation, clarification, or supporting materials during the review process.

APPLICATIONS OPEN May 15th @ 12:00PM
