MYLES & IRIS TELFAR
We provide funding to support ballroom artists, houses, and community initiatives. The Coin offers monthly micro-grants for competition prep, our Community Engagement & Sponsorship fund uplifts events that strengthen the scene and The Ballroom Legacy Fund fosters artistic growth and collective longevity.
OUR GRANTS
The HausIM was founded by Iris and Myles, the Auntie and Founding Mother of The Artistic Haus of Telfar—two passionate and experienced leaders within the ballroom community. They have seen firsthand the barriers faced by many artists in the ballroom scene and are dedicated to creating a space where they can thrive. With a focus on empowerment and artistic growth. Their mission is rooted in uplifting Black, Brown, queer, and trans artists, ensuring their contributions are celebrated and sustained.

The HausIM is deeply rooted in the belief that the ballroom community deserves to be seen, heard, and supported— through financial aid, mentorship, and collective resources.
We are on the mission to preserve, amplify, and advance the underground ballroom culture by supporting and empowering the creative artists at its core.
